With significant experience across all aspects of sustainability in the built environment, Fergus brings key skills and value adds for BSE clients across sustainability. Key skills include end-to-end sustainability services from planning, concept, and design to project management, implementation, certification, benchmarking and auditing.

Specific expertise is in the areas of sustainable design, building performance modelling, sustainability benchmarking and energy efficiency audits. Lead experience multiple Green Star, NABERS, Carbon Neutral Certification, Section J and energy efficiency projects across a wide range of sectors.
