Nicki’s strong and practical business and finance experience, with a central focus on people brings a calm and methodical approach to BSE’s finance team and national business function. With oversight of all finance, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, banking and reconciliations and profitability tracking, Nicki provides strategic analysis and advice for teams, state leads and Directors to ensure compliance with tax, insurance and industry requirements. Nicki’s role ensures she has a birdseye view of finances and overall strategy of BSE, state by state and also nationally. With a strong focus on successful client and contractor relationships, open communication and transparency Nicki continually delivers as a critical stakeholder of the BSE team.
