Urban Growth has responsibility for government-funded property development in the state of New South Wales and the corporation acts as the master developer on complex urban transformation projects, which contain government land and support critical infrastructure and economic clusters.
Recently MPA completed the fitout for Urban Growth’s new head office at Levels 12 & 13 of the MLC Building in Martin Place, Sydney and BSE was appointed as the building services consultant and developed the mechanical, electrical, communications & fire services design concepts including NABERS assessment from concept design, design documentation and contract administration.
BSE is proud to have been a part of what is now an impressive commercial office space in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
