Overview: Westpac House, located at 91 King William Street is a premium grade commercial building undergoing a makeover in the ground floor lobby area creating a new food and beverage tenancy which required Front of House Bar, Service and seating areas with a Back of house preparation area. The F&B offering is to be known as Vault 91.

Scope delivered: BSE partnered with Knight Frank, Studio Nine Architects and FDC Construction & Fitout across this project, we are so pleased to have provided design, engineering and documentation across mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and fire protection services, while working with the project team to identify technical design based solutions
