SUMMARY: BSE was engaged to provide Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, Vertical Transportation and ESD Services for Goodstart Early Learning Centre’s new location in Glebe. This $2.9 million project had a total size of approximately 1,250m2 with BSE being involved from concept through to construction.

OVERVIEW

The Goodstart Early Learning Centre is located on an existing 905m2 site in Glebe. This $2.9 million project had a total size of approximately 1,250m2 and included the following:

  • Demolition of an existing secondary hall building

  • Refurbishment of the existing heritage main hall building

  • New two storey addition

The facility will accommodate 68 children with separate internal and external playrooms and back of house areas.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE were engaged to provide Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, Vertical Transportation and ESD Services from Concept through to Construction.

The fit out was consistent with Goodstart Early Learning’s other recent development including the recently completed facility in Hobart and Broadway.

The project required detailed coordination with the existing heritage elements.
