SUMMARY: BSE delivered design and document electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services for the Marrickville Childcare Centre, also known as the Yirran Gumal Early Learning Centre.
OVERVIEW
The new childcare centre in Steel Park, South Marrickville is approximately 1,175m2 offering 50 new places for local families. The $5M project incorporates solar water heating. Quality LED lighting, high efficiency A/C, and a small solar PV array which will generate electric power - all of which mean meeting an energy benchmark 25% below most other childcare centres.
