Overview

Originally constructed for the 2000 Olympic Games Stadium, this iconic Sydney sporting and entertainment venue seats 83,500 people and is able to host Rugby League, Rugby Union, Football, AFL and Cricket matches.

Scope delivered

BSE was involved both in the original design for the Olympics and its conversion into a football stadium by conducting a thorough audit and review of the floodlighting system.

Project results

BSE’s recommendations have helped ensure ANZ Stadium has remained a world-class venue for televised sport nearly 15 years after its construction.
