Jordan Springs Community Centre

OVERVIEW

This purpose-built Community Resources Hub will be located on the corner of Lakeside Parade and Cullen Avenue. Construction commenced in Oct 2016 and was completed in mid 2018. The space features IT, playgroup and a multi-purpose function hall that can cater for up to 120 people ideal for large family and friend gatherings.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE delivered an initial design brief, concept design, tender and construction documentation for electrical, mechanical and sustainability, hydraulic and fire services.

The project utilised Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) construction which required services co-ordination to highlight the construction method.
