OVERVIEW
An innovative new residential and retail apartment development designed to set a unique new lifestyle benchmark in Norwest. Haven apartments comprise of 80 premium one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as 4 retail tenancies and 3 levels of underground car parking. Inspired by acres of parkland, lakes and landscaped walkways, Haven’s residents will have plenty of options to stay active with a heated swimming pool and communal entertainment facilities.
SCOPE DELIVERED
BSE delivered building services design including electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic and lift services.
PROJECT DELIVERED
BSE successfully delivered all D&C documentation for the project which achieved construction completion in December 2018.
