OVERVIEW
Increasing the housing supply in NSW is on the government policy agenda. The role of Homes NSW (formerly NSW Land and Housing Corporation) is to actively manage the stock of housing for people in need in our communities. LAHC oversees the largest portfolio in Australia, with over 125,000 properties.
SCOPE DELIVERED
Over numerous years, BSE has delivered a range of engineering services design and documentation for social and affordable housing development projects in NSW. Working directly for Homes NSW and partnering with principal designers, our services include Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire, Vertical Transport, Sustainability (ESD), and Acoustic engineering services.
