SUMMARY: BSE was engaged to provide electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, mechanical, vertical transportation, section J and ASP/3 services for Kiama Village, a convenience-based neighbourhood centre with mini majors and 14 specialty retailers.

OVERVIEW

Kiama Village is a convenience-based neighbourhood centre with mini majors and 14 specialty retailers. The upgrade to the shopping village increased the existing retail space by adding a further 600 m2 of specialty shops and a new 1,715m2 supermarket including a new travelator, lift and structured car park.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE was engaged to provide electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, mechanical, vertical transportation, section J and ASP/3 services from concept to construction.

The design was required to mitigate interruption to the existing tenants and was delivered in staged milestones.
