Overview

The Ponds shopping centre is a state of the art, retail, dining and social hub boasting over 25 specialty stores, cafes and restaurants over more than 7,000m2.

Scope Delivered

BSE was appointed to provide ecologically sustainable engineering services for Australand’s retail development. The Ponds shopping centre also includes the first building integrated photo-voltaic installation over the common area roof of the centre which was designed by BSE.
