A refurbishment and upgrade of a 15-level commercial building in Dandenong. Works included upgrading of the building entry and lift lobby, a new end of trip facility and upgrade of all general office floors.

BSE delivered mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for the engineering, design, documentation and construction services for this project.

PROJECT RESULTS

Previously home to the Australian Taxation Office since the building’s completion, the rejuvenation of the building has created a new 21st Century commercial hub in Dandenong.
