THE ATRIUM AT 60 UNION ST

OVERVIEW

The Atrium at 60 Union Street Pyrmont is owned by AFIAA, a Swiss financial organisation. The building consists of a mix of commercial office space (16,500 sqm) and retail space (3,000sqm). The Atrium was built some ten years ago and AFIAA have identified an opportunity to enhance the building by creating a new end of trip facility, upgrade of floors, new lift lobbies and amenities.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE is delivering electrical, fire and hydraulic services for engineering, design development, construction and post construction inspections.

PROJECT RESULTS

BSE is delivering ongoing engineering services on the project, successfully collaborating with Crown Project Services, and owner AFIAA.
