QUT Q BLOCK

OVERVIEW

On the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Q Block Redevelopment project, BSE worked in conjunction with DWP Suters Architects and provided all of the building services design engineering for the 9 level, 8,000 sqm fitout of the 40 year old building into a state of the art life sciences teaching facility for QUT.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE delivered electrical, mechanical and hydraulic services for the design, documentation and construction services on the project.

PROJECT RESULTS

A comfortable, open and flexible space delivered for staff and students, this redevelopment received a commendation at the Australian Institute of Architects Brisbane awards (2016).
