OVERVIEW

This cost effective design of a 3 floor fitout including a 30 x rack Data Centre was centred around buildability, while providing innovation and excellence with sustainability measures and giving an end result of high indoor environment quality.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE delivered electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and audio visual full design and documentation for this specific fitout. BSE devoted time to comprehensively understanding the existing fitout layout to take advantage of re-use and deliver a detailed design to meet Citrix’s requirements.

PROJECT RESULTS

Having previously completed the base building upgrade works, BSE was able to collaboratively design the services in conjunction with architectural aspects with HASSELL. Providing buildable engineering solutions assisted Shape Group to deliver a functional, dynamic workplace for Citrix.
