SUMMARY: BSE delivered electrical, mechanical, fire, and hydraulic services for the fitout of Wilson HTM on Level 32 of Governor Macquarie Tower (GMT).

OVERVIEW

The fitout for Wilson HTM on Level 32 of Governor Macquarie Tower (GMT), Sydney, was completed by Deloitte Real Estate. BSE contributed to the success of this Interior Design Excellence Awards 2017 shortlisted project.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE delivered electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services for design, tender and throughout construction.

PROJECT RESULTS

Working in conjunction with Deloitte Real Estate, the BSE team utilised its solid understanding of base building management and engineering requirements in relation to the mechanical design and heat loads for an outstanding outcome. BSE has had an enduring relationship with the GMT and Governor Phillip Tower (GPT) contributing to numerous commercial spaces in both towers.
