SUMMARY: BSE provided a wide range of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services that led to the conversion of an existing combined warehouse space for Repco.

OVERVIEW

This project incorporated the complete fit-out of an existing combined warehouse for the storage of high hazard flammable and combustible liquids and 2 level retail and office tenancy.

SCOPE DELIVERED

The project was designed and constructed on a fast-track basis, requiring extensive forethought and coordination by BSE, the project architects and the project manager. 

PROJECT RESULTS

BSE provided a wide range of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services that led to the conversion into a multi-use space.
