OVERVIEW

The project entailed the fitout of part of Level 25 in Governor Macquarie Tower in Sydney. There was a requirement for a high level of coordination for the front of house area. Services were required to be coordinated with all architectural intent and existing structure.

SCOPE DELIVERED

BSE delivered mechanical, power, data, lighting, fire protection and hydraulics for concept design, detailed design and documentation and provided assistance and review during construction of this lush fitout.

PROJECT RESULTS

A good level of briefing and surveying through to detailed design, in collaboration with the design team, allowed for a seamless advance into the construction stage. The finished project was a cost efficient delivery to suit the end users needs.
